This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment while providing crucial support to our busy London team, especially our Multi-Let team based in Stockley Park. You will play a vital role in supporting our market-leading surveyors on a wide range of agency instructions, from leasing vast distribution hubs to selling urban logistics facilities. This role will give you the necessary exposure to understand if this is the right career path for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Team & Administrative Support: Providing proactive assistance to a high-volume, London-based team, helping with the preparation of schedules, reports and presentations, as well as assistance with property launches
  • Market Research Assistance: Assisting the team with market research, tracking property data, and helping to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Data Management: Maintaining our internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, deal activity, and client information
  • Coordination: Helping to organise property inspections, client viewings, and team meetings
  • Property Access: Enabling access to properties for inspections, viewings, and contractor appointments
  • Enquiry Management: Assisting with applicant enquiries by phone and email, and accurately logging all information on our internal systems
