Experience operating a forklift (license an asset)
Experience in continuous improvement (an asset)
Valid driver’s license

Job Responsibility

Ensure that daily production targets are met during your shift
Optimize the material and human resources at its disposal and ensure compliance with shipping deadlines according to the “just-in-time” principle
Distribute and balance the workforce across different workstations according to production requirements and workload. Regularly monitor task progress and make any necessary adjustments
Regularly verify that procedures and working methods comply with current quality standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage workplace accidents during your shift, and actively engage in prevention efforts with the health and safety manager
Any other related tasks

Fixed schedule over 3 days from Friday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – 36 hours paid as 40 hours
