Lead a talented group focused on product support in a highly regulated environment, driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance

Job Responsibility

  • Lead & Inspire: Assign work and track assignments to maximise team efficiency
  • Hands-On Participation: Engage in creating, maintaining, tracking, and revising products
  • Strategic Development: Participate in developing departmental goals systems and content management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion an environment of continuous improvement
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all product activities comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Health & Safety Advocate: Promote and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience supervising a team in a professional office environment
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve issues quickly
  • Proven skills in collaboration, organisation, and handling project adjustments under pressure
