Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Team Supervisor to lead a talented group focused on the critical task of product support. If you're passionate about driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Assign work and track assignments to maximise team efficiency with support from management and conduct regular status reviews
engage in creating, maintaining, tracking, and revising products while balancing and prioritising team workload
participate in developing departmental goals, systems, and content management to align with business objectives
work closely with New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to ensure seamless operations
escalate any potential issues to management
champion an environment of continuous improvement through collaboration and proactive engagement
ensure all product activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
promote and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives focusing on continuous improvement

Requirements:

Experience supervising a team in a professional office environment
experience in a regulated industry is a plus
familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile) is preferred
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential
the ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve issues quickly
proven skills in collaboration, organisation, and handling project adjustments under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in a regulated industry
familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile)
