Job Description:

Lead a talented group focused on product support in a highly regulated environment. Drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire team to maximize efficiency
Assign work and track assignments
Conduct regular status reviews
Engage in creating, maintaining, tracking, and revising products
Balance and prioritise team workload
Participate in developing departmental goals systems and content management
Work closely with New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and commercial teams
Escalate potential issues to management
Champion continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Promote and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives

Requirements:

Experience supervising a team in a professional office environment
Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills in collaboration, organisation, and handling project adjustments under pressure
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in a regulated industry
Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile)
