As a Team Secretary and Project Administrator you'll be the heartbeat of our office! Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in delivering outstanding projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the floor team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, both internal and external, with a professional touch
  • Organise office supplies and maintain a tidy work-space
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role in construction or property
