Job Description

Join our client, who provide comprehensive support to clients from design through to commissioning. They are seeking a motivated and proactive Team Organiser to enhance one of their busiest departments, in the heart of Tonbridge. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for someone well organised looking to learn and grow their experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Support management with various administrative tasks
  • Managing diaries, ensuring meetings are scheduled timely
  • Coordinating management team movements and filing timesheets accurately
  • Arranging accommodation and travel logistics
  • Processing and authorising annual leave requests for team members
  • Preparing and amending essential documents such as reports, letters, minutes, and agendas
  • Managing travel invoices and expenses, promptly addressing any discrepancies
  • Coordinating team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Compiling a monthly report of key safety performance indicators for management review

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Confidence in utilising various digital systems for effective communication and data management
  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including English and Maths
  • A flexible, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to support others
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting varying deadlines

  • Assisting in the assessment of liability and quantum—helping to review medical reports, research and apply relevant case law, draft schedules of special damages, and evaluate appropriate compensation awards
  • A practical yet commercial approach to settlements is essential, including supporting client advice on litigation and cost risks
  • Effective liaison with sources, medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders is expected to ensure cases progress efficiently
  • Attendance at court hearings may be required to support client representation, or where appropriate, assist in instructing Barristers in line with internal policies to provide formal advice on quantum and liability
