As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site.
Job Responsibility:
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travellers
Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery
Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes
Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts
Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the site
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
