Job Description:

Team Member role covering Bar Staff and Receptionist positions at Goals Football, the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK. We employ people who are passionate about delivering promises and who can work best in a fast paced and fun sporting environment. Job Responsibility:

Bar Staff: create rapport with customers, encourage them to stay longer and return, deliver highest standards in a professional and efficient manner
Receptionist: front of house duties

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced and fun sporting environment
Passionate about delivering high service levels
For Bar Staff: ability to handle rush of a busy environment, smart appearance, positive sales and service driven attitude, ability to create rapport with customers
For Receptionist: outgoing personality, ability to work under pressure, computer literacy, cash handling skills, ability to deal with face to face enquiries, excellent telephone sales skills
Must be 18+
Must be able to work shifts including evenings and weekends
