Job Description:

As the oldest Cornish pasty maker in the world, we pride ourselves on delivering delicious baked goods and brilliant customer service. We are currently recruiting two temporary part time Team Members to join us in our store in Trago Mills Liskeard. Join us on our mission to be the local favourite for food-to-go moments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide brilliant customer service that leaves our customers smiling
  • Maintain our high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene
  • Operate the cash register and process customer transactions
  • Bake off products as required
  • Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have with your product knowledge
  • Ensure stock levels are well maintained
  • Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented
  • Promote our products, Warren’s loyalty card and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Due to the task involved within this role, you will need to be 18 or over.
