Job Description:

Team Member at Goals Football, the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK. The role covers both Bar Staff and Receptionist positions in a fast-paced, fun sporting environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Bar Staff: Create rapport with customers
Encourage customers to stay longer and return
Deliver highest standards in a professional and efficient manner for weekend functions, kids parties, and post-match pints
Receptionist: Complement existing dynamic and motivated Reception team
Handle front of house duties

Requirements:

Passionate about delivering high service levels
Ability to work in a fast paced and fun sporting environment
For Bar Staff: Ability to handle rush of a busy environment
Smart appearance
Positive sales and service driven attitude
Ability to create rapport with customers
For Receptionist: Outgoing personality
Ability to work under pressure
Computer literacy
Cash handling skills
Ability to deal with face to face enquiries
Excellent telephone sales skills
Must be 18+ (for bar work)
Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
