Job Description

As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travellers
  • Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the site
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Friendly and approachable demeanour

  • Great attention to detail

  • Basic maths skills
  • Understanding of food safety principles
  • Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am
