As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site.
Job Responsibility:
Provide friendly and attentive customer service
Assist customers with menu inquiries and take orders
Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Handle cash and credit card payments
Maintain accountability for cash drawers
Assist in maintaining inventory levels
Restock products and monitor expiration dates
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Work collaboratively with other team members
Requirements:
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Able to undertake a criminal record check
Team-oriented
Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Great attention to detail
Reliable
Basic maths skills
Understanding of food safety principles
Flexibility in hours (airport shifts can start at 3am)
