Job Description:

Team Member at Goals Football, the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK. The vacancy covers the roles of Bar Staff and Receptionist, working in a fast-paced, fun sporting environment to exceed customer expectations in service delivery and facility quality.

Job Responsibility:

Bar Staff: Create a rapport with customers, encourage them to stay longer and return, deliver highest standards in a professional and efficient manner for weekend functions, kid’s parties, or post-match pints
Receptionist: Front of House duties, complement the dynamic and motivated Reception team

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced and fun sporting environment
Passion for delivering high service levels
For Bar Staff: ability to handle a busy environment, smart appearance, positive sales and service driven attitude, ability to create rapport with customers
For Receptionist: outgoing personality, ability to work under pressure, computer literacy, cash handling skills, ability to deal with face to face enquiries, excellent telephone sales skills
Must be 18+
Must be able to work shifts including evenings and weekends
