Job Description:

Team Member role covering Bar Staff and Receptionist positions at Goals Football, the premier five a side football centre operator in the UK. The role involves working in a fast-paced, fun sporting environment to exceed customer expectations in service delivery and facility quality.

Job Responsibility:

Bar Staff: create rapport with customers, encourage them to stay longer and return, deliver highest standards in a professional and efficient manner
Receptionist: complement existing dynamic and motivated Reception team, handle front of house duties

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced and fun sporting environment
Passion for delivering high service levels
For Bar Staff: ability to handle rush of a busy environment, smart appearance, positive sales and service driven attitude, ability to create rapport with customers
For Receptionist: outgoing personality, ability to work under pressure, computer literacy, cash handling skills, face to face enquiry skills, excellent telephone sales skills
Must be 18+
Must be able to work shifts including evenings and weekends
