Job Description:

As a Café/Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of beverages, including hot drinks. Barista experience is desirable, but a love for good coffee is essential. You will also be responsible for simple café food preparation and service, with experience in cocktail making being beneficial. Ensuring the café/bar area is well maintained and delivering exceptional customer service will be key parts of your role. You’ll collaborate with other bar team members across our multi-faceted business to provide seamless service, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure our food offering is to standard and well stocked to meet demand. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, requiring strong multitasking skills, a calm approach under pressure, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work in a lively, energetic environment with plenty of interaction with a diverse range of customers. Flexibility is essential, with early morning, afternoon, and early evening availability required. The role operates across seven-day trading, including weekends and public holidays.
