Team Member Breakfast / Bar

• Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Event Support: Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions
• Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods
• Time Management: Serve customers efficiently without compromising quality
• Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns professionally and swiftly
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations
• Communication: Fluent in English
