Job Description:

Cardiff Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Manager to join their Court Specialist/Public Law team to oversee a team, ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional service. This position offers excellent benefits including competitive pay rates and accredited training.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Court Specialist/Public Law team
manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively
liaise with external stakeholders, such as courts and other agencies
contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and performance

Requirements:

Experience as a Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
experience in court team work
registration with Social Care Wales
