Job Description:

Dynamic leader with a passion for people management to support through a period of management change. Opportunity to lead a diverse team and make a real impact while growing your career.

Job Responsibility:

Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire a large team of up to 50 staff members
Be the Go-To Person: Address day-to-day staff queries and provide support as needed
Handle HR Matters: Manage staff absences and conduct return-to-work interviews
Smart Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas to ensure smooth operations
Keep Everyone Informed: Communicate business updates and developments to the team
Site Management: Tackle site issues like deliveries and facilities concerns
One-on-One Support: Conduct regular 121s to discuss any issues or concerns with team members
Empathetic Leadership: Implement changes thoughtfully and supportively
Customer Advocate: Act as a point of escalation for customer queries or complaints

Requirements:

Proven experience in Team Management or Leadership roles
Exceptional communication skills that foster positive relationships
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
The ability to lead with empathy and inspire your team
