We’re looking for a dynamic Team Manager to lead our operation in Welshpool; the logistics heartbeat of WA. From this high-energy hub, you’ll drive the performance of a fast-moving DC that keeps parts flowing, customers happy, and the wider network firing on all cylinders. This isn’t just about moving stock — it’s about leading people, optimising performance, and creating a safety-first, high-performing culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Organising and motivating work teams within your section
  • Ensuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targets
  • Attending and providing input at daily performance review meetings
  • Improving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customer
  • Oversee the running of a high performing distribution centre, implement strategies to increase performance & deliver exceptional service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferred
  • Confident and engaging communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility
