Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Youth Justice Service as a Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, families, and victims within our community. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team working to create positive change for young people, ensuring they receive the best support and interventions to reduce reoffending and improve outcomes. As a Team Manager in Youth Justice service, you’ll promote evidence-based practice and implement best approaches. You’ll ensure deadlines, targets and national standards are met and ensure the services meet the needs of diverse communities.
