As a Team Manager at Instabee, you will be at the forefront of our operations. Your role will combine day-to-day team management to ensure smooth operations and the continuous improvement of processes. You will oversee resource planning, structure workflows, and ensure your team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Job Responsibility:
Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and support to ensure peak performance and employee engagement
Collaboration: Work closely with other Team Managers to achieve shared operational goals and ensure consistency across the site and region
Resource Planning & Structuring: Plan and organize team schedules to optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines
Process Improvement: Actively monitor and address deviations in operational processes to continuously enhance productivity and quality
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, employee engagement assessments, and follow-ups to ensure employee development and satisfaction
Policy Enforcement: Communicate and ensure compliance with Instabee’s global, central, and local policies and procedures
Conflict Resolution: Address any personnel-related issues, working closely with HR to resolve conflicts or dissatisfaction among team members
Training & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development, ensuring skills are aligned with operational goals
Change Management: Lead and support the implementation of new processes and changes within the team
Collaboration with HR: Partner with HR to handle complex personnel issues and support staff retention strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational goals and KPIs
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
Strong communication skills to engage with employees, management, and other teams
Expertise in identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency
Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Skilled in conflict resolution and addressing personnel issues in a constructive manner
Ability to work closely with HR and management on complex employee matters
Proven track record in creating a positive and inclusive work environment
Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting change management efforts
High level of accountability, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership in your work
