Job Description

As a Team Manager at Instabee, you will be at the forefront of our operations. Your role will combine day-to-day team management to ensure smooth operations and the continuous improvement of processes. You will oversee resource planning, structure workflows, and ensure your team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and support to ensure peak performance and employee engagement
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Team Managers to achieve shared operational goals and ensure consistency across the site and region
  • Resource Planning & Structuring: Plan and organize team schedules to optimize resource allocation, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines
  • Process Improvement: Actively monitor and address deviations in operational processes to continuously enhance productivity and quality
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, employee engagement assessments, and follow-ups to ensure employee development and satisfaction
  • Policy Enforcement: Communicate and ensure compliance with Instabee’s global, central, and local policies and procedures
  • Conflict Resolution: Address any personnel-related issues, working closely with HR to resolve conflicts or dissatisfaction among team members
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development, ensuring skills are aligned with operational goals
  • Change Management: Lead and support the implementation of new processes and changes within the team
  • Collaboration with HR: Partner with HR to handle complex personnel issues and support staff retention strategies

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational goals and KPIs
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration

  • Expertise in identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency
  • Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
