As Team Manager Security Automation, Data & Innovation you will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and intelligence of ASML’s security operations. This role is key in driving automation of security workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering innovation across our cybersecurity platforms. You will align stakeholder interests with organizational goals and drive stakeholders' engagement to achieve desired outcomes.

Ensuring team members are motivated and engaged
Formulate, implement and monitor the operational plan, provide input to departmental strategy, ensuring understanding of ASML's Security Strategy and aligns team targets and activities
Lead the review of existing operations and the implementation of innovative processes, aligning with process owners and driving changes
Ensure optimal communication towards stakeholders, pro-actively sharing knowledge and insights
Foster and drive the constant build-up of knowledge within Security
Lead a team of around 10 employees located in Veldhoven
Identify new external developments and emerging issues within an area of technology or business function and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, your own Security area of expertise
Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions in collaboration with the wider Security Community
Speak up when risks, opportunities or concerns are identified that could impact goals, operations, or people, influence decision making and drive innovation and change across sectors.
Requirements:
Master's degree in relevant area combined with relevant Security certifications
Minimal of 5 years managerial experience within the security (automation) domain
A passion for leading teams and developing talent
A strategic mindset with hands-on technical capabilities and expertise
Proven track record in Security at both a tactical and operational level
The ability to drive clarity in ambiguity
A collaborative approach, cross-functional influencing ability and knows how to align tech with business impact
A curious, innovative, and outcome-oriented mindset
A Certificate of Good Conduct “Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)” is required for this position
