Team Manager Parking Service

• Control the occupancy of our properties
• Optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with measures
• To assume responsibility for the functionality of the operating facilities
• Coordinate technical tasks and create fault reports
• To monitor the cleanliness of our properties and the cleaning service provider
• Coach and develop your team and plan staff deployment for shifts
• Check and, if necessary, create shift reports

• A completed technical, craft or similar training
• Relevant practical experience and technical know-how
• A results-oriented and independent way of working
• The willingness to work in rotating shifts when required
• Already gained experience in personnel management
• A customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
• Very good German skills and good English skills would be desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
