Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all homes and services operate in full compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for Children's Homes. Quality Assurance: Leading internal quality assurance processes, managing regulatory visits (Ofsted), and driving continuous service improvement based on inspection findings and service development needs. Resource & Placement Management: Overseeing the placement of Looked After Children (LAC) within residential settings, managing capacity, and ensuring placements are appropriate and stable to meet the child's complex needs. Job Responsibility
