Job Description:

We are partnering with a respected Insurance Brokerage, to recruit an experienced Team Leader for their Real Estate division. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value portfolios in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of seven Account Handlers, overseeing renewals, revaluations, and cover queries, while ensuring compliance and maintaining exceptional data integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the team’s workload and project management
Act as the main escalation point for complex issues
Monitor performance, conduct 1-2-1s, and manage appraisals
Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
Work closely with senior management to meet team goals

Requirements:

Strong leadership and people management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office and broking platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience leading a team in commercial insurance or real estate
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Familiarity with managing large portfolios and client-focused solutions
Relevant insurance qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII) are a plus
