Job Description

We are seeking a Team Manager, Lead Generation to lead a team responsible for building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline. This role will oversee lead generation strategies, manage a team of specialists, and work closely with sales and marketing to drive new business opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (phone, email, social, digital)
  • Manage and coach a team of Lead Generation Specialists
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance and outreach activity
  • Oversee inbound and outbound prospecting efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
