We are seeking a Team Manager, Lead Generation to lead a team responsible for building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline. This role will oversee lead generation strategies, manage a team of specialists, and work closely with sales and marketing to drive new business opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (phone, email, social, digital)
Manage and coach a team of Lead Generation Specialists
Set KPIs and monitor team performance and outreach activity
Oversee inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
Qualify leads and ensure a steady flow of opportunities to the sales team
Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns and target lists
Track performance metrics and report on pipeline and conversion rates
Requirements:
5+ years experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation
Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Strong understanding of outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
