Job Description:

Two positions are available: Holding a dual role as Team Manager and Relationship Manager to provide tailored wealth advisory, lead a team, and drive business strategies; and a pure Sales Team Manager position to lead a team of offshore relationship managers.

Job Responsibility:

Providing tailored Wealth Management Advisory to High Net Worth (HNW) clients in the offshore market
Leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers
offering coaching and mentorship
Developing and executing business strategies to drive team success and performance
Leading a team of Offshore Relationship Managers
Offering coaching and mentorship
Executing business strategy

Requirements:

Extensive experience in leading and managing a team of bankers
Strong expertise and established connections within the offshore market
Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
