Job Description:

Team Manager role in HASE Collections at HSBC, responsible for performance improvement, coaching, operational support, and collection strategy execution.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to the continuous performance improvement of the Collections Associate population through coaching and mentoring assignments
Conduct deputy role responsibilities in support of operational needs
Specialty projects designed to increase operational effectiveness or enhance customer experience
Be responsible for HASE Collection strategy execution, procedure design & delivery, system enhancement assistance and MI development

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above
Proficient capability of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (listening, speaking and writing)
High effective telephone negotiation skills and strong but courteous telephone manner
Comprehensive knowledge on contact centre operations and infrastructure
Customer centricity mindset
Strong coaching and performance management skill
Strong understanding and mindset on internal and external compliance and regulatory requirement with collections
Good PC knowledge and skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)

Nice to have:

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band
Candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised
