We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader who will inspire and guide our committed staff, advocating for person-centred, recovery-focused mental health support that serves individuals from every background.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and organise mental health recovery programmes that help individuals reach their goals in a group setting
Support staff to manage activities, using outdoor spaces, cafes, and shop, alongside education and personal development, tailored to their strengths and aspirations
Manage and lead a team to create a supportive, high-performing environment
Oversee and quality check case management and groupwork outcomes, ensuring all activities meet quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance standards
Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and stakeholders to ensure teams deliver truly person-centred recovery

Requirements:
Positive attitude, leadership, purposeful management, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore’s mission
Experience in leadership and management in health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
IT literacy and willingness to travel across Restore’s service area
An interest in quality and outcome improvement
Experience supervising and managing staff, motivational interviewing/coaching, and working with people with mental health needs
