This position is responsible for managing a team of several technicians. His/her field of activity covers maintenance work associated with the storage of contracted aircraft, with maintenance and modification work and with equipment removal work as part of dismantling and decommissioning operations. The department is organised into three activities: aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance and dismantling/decommissioning.
Job Responsibility:

Cooperate with the Safety & Quality department, the Procurement department, the Project Manager and line manager
Manage both internal and external customers
Participate in customer progress meetings
Assist the Project Manager in negotiating technical points with the customer
Running the day-to-day operations
Ensure effective use of resources to achieve all the targets set
Ensure compliance with discipline, work regulations and safety and environmental guidelines
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements
Ensure all maintenance/storage/recycling activities are performed in accordance with approved data and in compliance with the organisation's procedures and EASA/FAA rules
Ensure proper follow-up of working documents
Report any nonconformities observed
Propose technical solutions in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation
Assist teams with complex tasks or major problems
Be proactive in seeking efficient solutions
Carry out administrative follow-up
Define schedules and team assignments on a daily basis
Participate in the drawing up and scheduling of operations
Consider, schedule and approve the work to be carried out
Set daily production objectives
Organise schedules
Ensure the follow-up of working hours

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work stations

Requirements:
Aeronautical vocational high school diploma or above
at least 10 years experience in CAAC & EASA Part-145, including 2 years as a team leader
CAAC Part-66 TA licence with English level 3 or above
Qualification on A320 aircraft types
A330 or 737 aircraft type is plus
fluent English both in written and oral speaking
Be able to look through the AMM, CMM, IPC etc on airbus world and my Boeing fleet
