As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role, acting as the bridge between the animation team and campsite management. The animation team will rely on your guidance and leadership, turning to you for solutions to any challenges that may arise during the season. This role demands outstanding leadership skills, effective communication, and meticulous organization throughout the entire season.
