An exciting position to lead, motivate and manage an animation team in the Netherlands! Perfect for anyone looking for a work abroad experience, our Team Leader position provides you with the opportunity to lead a dynamic team on a picturesque campsite in the Netherlands. This role offers a fantastic glimpse into the life of an animation Team Leader in the Netherlands, where you’ll be an integral part of the entertainment team, dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences for both the staff within your team and guests of all ages on the campsite!

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the entertainment team
Make weekly programs and distribute them across the campsite
Be the person of contact between staff members and campsite management
Offer support to the team and help guide them in their professional progress as an animator
Present during the evening programs on stage
Lead as an example to the team, they will look up to you
Participate and help in all the activities when required

Requirements:

A European passport
Leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Good at motivating people
A high level of responsibility and organization
Ability to problem solve, cooperate and work well with others and under pressure
Great microphone and presenting skills
