Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in clients' own homes
Ensure personal care is always provided with the highest standards of dignity, respect, and compassion
Foster companionship, emotional support, and reassurance for clients while guiding your team to build strong, trusting relationships
Oversee safe and accurate assistance with medication, mobility, mealtimes, and daily living activities across the team
Act as a trusted leader within a close-knit, local team — providing guidance, motivation, hands-on support when needed, and being a positive role model for best practice
Requirements:
Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to person-centred support
Strong leaders with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team of Care Assistants
Reliable, organised, and able to oversee high standards of care delivery
Eager to grow and develop (with our full training, supervision support, and pathways to qualifications like Level 3/4 in Leadership and Management)
Experienced in adult social care (ideally with prior hands-on care experience and some supervisory/shift-leading exposure
full training provided if stepping up)
Holders of a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for visiting clients, supporting the team in the community, and covering rotas)
