Team Leader

• Lead and motivate Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional service
• Promote a strong Safety First culture
• Oversee daily operations, including pre-start meetings, compliance, stocktakes, and quality control
• Train and coach staff in customer service, products, and processes
• Prepare quotes, hire agreements, purchase orders, and manage branch administration
• Coordinate equipment sourcing, deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, changeovers, and breakdowns
• Work collaboratively across the network to optimise asset management
• Provide hands-on support to keep branch operations running smoothly

• 5+ years in customer facing work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and sound judgement
• Experience leading or supporting a team
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• The ability to manage deadlines, compliance requirements, and operational demands
• A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
