Job Description:

Team Leader position for the Living Room Bar at W Sydney, focusing on customer service and maintenance of Beverage & Food Outlets. The role involves creating unique and vibrant experiences for guests while collaborating closely with venue management.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting and welcoming guests
Escorting guests to their seats
Managing guest requests and enquiries
Supporting beverage and food operations
Activating beverage and food programming
Offering beverage and food services
Engaging with guests and team members
Ensuring cleanliness of outlet and surrounding areas
Performing team leader duties
Attending to guest beverage and food orders
Reporting maintenance concerns
Ensuring outlet is fully stocked with guest amenities
Assisting wider beverage and food team
Ensuring equipment and storerooms are clean and maintained

Requirements:

Experience in customer service
Experience in beverage and food operations
Team leadership skills
Ability to manage guest requests and enquiries
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical safety
Ability to maintain cleanliness of outlet and surrounding areas
