Team Leader

We’re on the hunt for a TEAM LEADER to provide maternity cover on a 9 month fixed term contract in our Maidstone store. This is a 16 hour part time contract, proposed start date from 14/6/26. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and absolutely service obsessed! Could that be YOU? You’ll be accountable for leading the success of the retail team and their performance; INSPIRING them to be the best they can be; COACHING them so they have what it takes to thrive and; MOTIVATING them to exceed targets and smash their goals.
