Job Description:

Team Leader role at Dealz discount retailer. Part of the store management team providing day-to-day support to Store and Assistant Managers with overall supervision of store processes and procedures. Involves opening/closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
