For our Outlet Store in Serravalle, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible of leading and coaching the sales team, building Client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of an excellent Client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Store team, to transform each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience to drive individual and team objectives
Responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product
Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment
Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team
Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience
Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicate
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion
Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
Demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindset
Requirements:
At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in fashion/luxury retail
Experience in training the team, empower them and motivate them
Results-driven and customer focused
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility
Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
A very good knowledge of English and Italian
Strong interest in the fashion world specially in Denim.
