Job Description:

Lead a dedicated care team and make a real difference. You will supervise and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care, personal support, and assistance with daily living tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Manage medication administration and oversight
Leading with passion and enthusiasm, promoting positive outcomes for residents
Supporting residents to achieve individual aspirations and maximise independence
Supervising, coaching, and motivating a team of Support Workers
Working flexibly and creatively with residents and their families
Promoting a person-centred approach in all aspects of care

Requirements:

NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience supervising a team in a care setting
Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota
Proactive and creative approach to supporting residents
