Job Description:

Team Leader role at Dealz, a discount retailer. The Supervisor is an active part of the store management team, providing day-to-day support to Store and Assistant Managers with the overall supervision of store processes and procedures. A day could involve opening/closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
