Job Description:

As an IKEA Food Team Leader, you will lead, develop and coach your team to provide an exceptional customer experience, maintain food safety standards, and drive sales in the Food Commercial areas.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, develop and coach your team of co-workers
Support with the recruitment and onboarding new team members
Maintain IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards
Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies
Support with the rostering of co-workers
Ensure Food Commercial areas are efficiently maintained, clean, organised, attractive and inviting
Actively sell IKEA Food products and find creative ways to merchandise and drive sales

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience in a FMCG environment or in commercial hospitality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve on the go
Experience working closely with co-workers and championing a customer-centric approach
Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

Wanting to develop further within the business
Part of the succession plan for other management roles
