• Lead and empower a small international team to create special moments for guests and build strong connections
• Guide the team in sales by identifying guest needs, offering tailored recommendations, and effectively promoting experiences to meet sales targets and boost revenue
• Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results
• Proactively resolve issues and support the team in handling high-profile cases with calm and empathy
• Lead by example, turning challenges into opportunities and driving performance to exceed targets
• Navigate the team through changes and difficult situations, ensuring excellent service while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards
