Team Leader

• Recording of labor hours accurately and escalate issues when required
• Responsible for the teams performance
• Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/reliability improvements, follow the escalation process when required
• Organize the teams daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality
• Document preparation, Batch document review, batch doc errors
• Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracy
• Provide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicable
• Manage rejection process, out of spec etc.
• Training execution and documentation
• Ensure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always

• Operational experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to motivate a team
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
