Job Responsibility:

Providing guidance to team members to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in supervising teams within a busy office environment
A good understanding of prioritising and delivering on key activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a drive to improve service quality
