Team Leaders play a vital role in ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing, while leading and supporting staff to deliver outstanding support. You will act as the front-line manager, supporting approximately 12 colleagues, while also completing essential administrative, compliance and operational tasks to ensure the service runs safely and effectively. Job Responsibility:
Leading and supporting a team to deliver person-centred support
Providing hands-on support and role-modelling best practice
Completing weekly payroll tasks and rotas
Completing weekly audits and quality checks in line with compliance requirements
Overseeing medication management and online care systems
Ensuring health and safety standards are met
Supporting and reviewing individual support packages
Working closely with professionals and families
Ensuring CQC standards, company policies and legislation are adhered to
Participate in on call duties, working day shifts, sleepover shift and weekends
Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Experience motivating and managing a team
Full UK Driving Licence
