Job Responsibility

Inspire and motivate participants to remain fully committed throughout the NCS programme
Facilitate the set curriculum and prepare additional activities as needed
Be a positive role model at all times providing pastoral care, guided reflection and discipline within their team of young people
Supervise young people this includes coach journeys, through skills sessions and adventurous activities including evening activities on residential
Ensure the participants remain safe and adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout the programme and during their social action project phase
