Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, honest and hardworking leaders to join our teams in Somerset. As of April 2024 we will be continuing our work in partnership with Somerset Council to deliver a new contract providing a key service of supported accommodation for young people aged 16 - 24. You will work collaboratively with and lead staff teams to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with young people, colleagues and other relevant agencies. This role involves modelling, developing and encouraging positive behaviours to young people and team members to ensure that young people can be manage their accommodation effectively, whilst fostering and working towards a sustainable, long-term positive outcome.
