Job Responsibility:
Leading and line managing youth and young carers professionals, ensuring high-quality supervision, practice and outcomes
Planning, coordinating and quality assuring targeted youth and young carers groups across the borough
Acting as the service’s subject expert on young carers and targeted group work, providing guidance, training and reports
Working with partners and commissioning to monitor contracts and support strategic delivery
Securing funding and developing volunteers to strengthen and grow the service
