A previous successful experience in community engagement, account management, or event management

Job Responsibility

Taking an active part in Community support, growth and engagement for your local Host Community
Executing local Community Programs with clear communication, efficient resource usage, and a deep focus on overall project execution
Support the team in recruiting, onboarding and managing new Community Leaders
Growing Host representation in Host Clubs
Help the team provide coaching to the local Homes Community Leaders, while also remediating and replacing inactive Leaders
Support Community Leaders to develop and test region-specific programs that foster community connections for homes hosts at scale
Support Community Leaders education on all significant product changes and cascading feedback on product and policy to the relevant internal stakeholders
Support effective in-person and online Host Club meetups, to foster connection and growth in the Homes host community

Requirements

Experience supporting people with disability in a workplace, training, or open employment setting

Job Responsibility
