As Team Leader Supervision, you lead a team of site supervisors involved in new wind turbine installations and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution on construction sites. You combine technical leadership with people management and work closely with project and operations management.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical, operational, and disciplinary leadership for a team of site supervisors in wind turbine installation projects
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, legal requirements, and safety standards across all assigned construction sites
Implement and monitor company processes and quality standards during site execution
Conduct performance, development, and feedback discussions, including coaching and mentoring of supervisors
Plan, forecast, and coordinate internal and external supervision resources to support efficient project execution
Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to define short- and mid-term departmental targets
Drive continuous improvement of site execution processes and supervision procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within renewable energy, construction, or industrial site operations
Degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards with the ability to lead by example
Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing teams across multiple locations
Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken, at least CEFR level B2
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications in a professional environment
Structured, independent working style with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
High willingness to travel (approx. 50%) within Germany, Netherlands, and Austria
